Off to the Great Unknown {Kiara and Berlioz}
“I love you too.” Berlioz smiled before kissing her on the nose. He reached his hand out to find Kiaras and intertwined his fingers among hers. He glanced out the window. “I think you’re right.”
Berlioz wanted to go somewhere warm. He hoped that on the list of departing flights he’d see one for the Bahamas, or some other tropical warm place. Though he wouldn’t complain as long as it meant getting away. A thought flashed in his mind that he probably should have told Toulouse he was leaving, but that thought quickly escaped as the cab pulled up to the front and stopped to let them out. Berlioz pulled out his wallet and paid the cabbie who was very willing to help the two with their luggage after the nice tip Berlioz added in.
“Thank you.” She said for him paying the driver. Kiara grabbed her luggage and headed inside, walking right by his side. She looked up at the board, the words in bright neon green against the digital black background. She went through the list and mentally crossed off places like Siberia and Antarctica and continued, a small town in Nebraska joining the list as well, just for the “boring” factor it held. “Well, there’s Las Vegas, or Maui if we’re wanting to stay national,” She began reading off. “Or Barcelona, Rome, or Tokyo if we’re feeling a little more culture-y.” Kiara let out a small giggle. “Or we could go tropical - Jamaica, Aruba, Martinigue, or maybe even a quick slip down to Cancun?” She offered with a shrug. “Take your pick, jet setter.” The girl laughed her hand finding his and squeezing it tight.

Off to the Great Unknown {Kiara and Berlioz}
Berlioz smiled to himself as she placed her head on his shoulder. He wasn’t exactly sure of where this trip would take them. And he didn’t just mean physically, but on a relationship level too. They’d been together for a few months now, and especially after the whole pregnancy thing took place, they had really grown apart. But Berlioz was excited to spend time, just he and Kiara. Not caring where they went. He knew they both needed to relax and clear their minds.
Every bone in her body knew that this was right. Things had been kind of rocky between the two of them lately, and she wanted things to go back to normal. Even though her losing their child still hurt, excruciatingly so, Kiara couldn’t help but think that maybe things had worked themselves out the way they were supposed to. It was an awful thought to have, and Kiara hated herself for having it, but she wasn’t an idiot. She knew that being a mother at fifteen was a horrible idea, and she was witnessed first hand that if you’re not ready, having a baby with someone when you’re not totally ready can pull you apart, not push you closer. No, this was the way it was supposed to work out. Things were good; or at least they were getting there. This felt too right not to be. “I love you so much.” She whispered, kissing him again before turning her head to look out the window. The girl could see the airport approaching and smiled. “And I think we may be here.”

Off to the Great Unknown {Kiara and Berlioz}
Berlioz could tell Kiara was excited. He followed suit and tossed his suitcase and bass in the trunk before climbing in next to her. “Anywhere but Paris or LA.” Berlioz said, half sarcastic, but he was completely serious. “Let’s just pick a random place when we get to the airport and see ouur options.” Berlioz said with a smile.
Kiara laughed and nodded, turning his head towards her and kissing him softly. “Okay, and Orlando’s off as well. Home is the last place I want to be right now.” She added. In fact, Kiara wasn’t sure when she’d be ready to go home, but one thing she did know is it wouldn’t be for a while. The girl settled in, resting her head on his shoulder. “I’m glad you agreed to go with me.” She said with a smile, looking up at him with just her eyes. She was glad he was as open to this trip-on-a-whim thing as she was, not needing any plans but instead just hopping on whatever flight caught their eye on the departure screen. It was a nice change of pace; a great escape.

Off to the Great Unknown {Kiara and Berlioz}
Berlioz stood in his dorm room trying to figure out what to pack. It was hard to pack when you didn’t know where you were going. He opened up his suitcase which hadn’t been touched since he got back from Paris. Tossed in some clothes, chargers, a few packs of cigs, his jacket and some other random things.
Before he headed out the door, he slung his bass over his shoulder and pulled his suitcase off the bed. Then he made his way to the front gate where Kiara was waiting. Berlioz was still upset about the whole thing. More than he thought he would ever be about something like this.
He spotted Kiara and was surprised to see the huge smile on her face. He was excited. All the sadness drained from him, knowing she was actually happy. He pushed his way to the gate and smiled. “Ready as I’ll ever be.” He chimed before planting a kiss on her cheek.
“Good!” She beamed, smiling wider as he kissed her cheek. She was going to use this trip to forget, clear her mind and just forget everything in her life that caused any kind of grief. “Because there’s no turning back now.” Kiara said with a wink, pulling a bobby pin from her hair and jostling the lock a little before it gave in. Among the few actually useful things she had learned here at Disney Prep, lock picking was pretty much on the top of the list. She grabbed her suitcase and her purse and tossed the larger bag in the trunk before getting in. “So where shall we go? Anywhere in the entire world, I don’t care where, just pick a place.” The girl said with an excited giggle after directing the driver to the airport.

Off to the Great Unknown {Kiara and Berlioz}
Kiara stood by the front gate, her suitcase resting against it as she hung up with the cab and waited for Berlioz to meet her there. She needed this, she needed to go and just get away from everything, and she needed for him to be with her. She had no idea where they were going, but it didn’t matter. With all of the seriousness that had been happening in her life lately, Kiara needed to be immature and take off.
As she saw a dark, tall haired figure walking towards her a bright smile fell onto Kiara’s face. She was so happy, for the first time in what seemed like a very, very long time, she was truly happy. It was strange, but it felt right. “Ready to go?” She said in an upbeat, bubbly tone.
Text to Berlioz:
Kiara: Let's run away.Berlioz: I'll go pack.
Kiara: Really?! :D
Berlioz: Yes. The sooner we leave the better.
Kiara: Great! I'll call a cab and meet you out front.
